Founded by award winning producer, Cliff McDowell, P23 produces and distributes both animation and live action feature films that are family friendly and entertaining.

With over 20 years in the entertainment industry, P23 has produced a number of highly celebrated shows in various market levels, airing around the world. Wildly successful titles, such as the Children’s Animated Series Paws & Tales and Adventures in Booga Booga Land, were rated in the top 3 most watched children’s shows on TBN (Trinity Broadcast Network) for the past 3 years. Both shows received 5/5 stars from the Dove Foundations “family approved” rating. Cliff is the winner of multiple awards and an industry leader on animation productions in Canada.

P23 has identified an enormous opportunity to improve the quality of media currently found in the family and faith-based market. P23 has developed a library of high quality programming to fill the demand of the family and faith based markets in North America and abroad. Our production company has currently completed its most recent live action feature film – The Masked Saint (3.2m) — a live action drama based on a true story about a professional wrestler who becomes a small town Southern Baptist pastor and moonlights as a masked vigilante fighting injustice.
